What you receive

Screenshots, marked up. Fixes, ranked.

Each finding shows what a buyer sees, why it costs you jobs, and what to change. Most fixes don’t need an agency. If a fix needs us, we’ll say so.

What we look at

Six things that decide whether a search becomes a quote request.

Your search results

Map pack, ads and organic results for searches like “ppf near me”, “ceramic coating [city]” and “window tint near me”, as buyers in your metro see them.

Competitors’ ads

Who bids on your services, what they promise, and which pages they send traffic to.

Your Google Business Profile

Categories, services, photos and reviews: the parts buyers check before they call.

Your ads, if you run any

What they say and where they land. With read-only access, we add search terms, wasted spend and tracking.

Your quote form on a phone

How many taps it takes to ask for a quote, what you ask for, and what happens after submit.

Tracking

Whether calls and forms are measured at all, and whether Google can learn which clicks became jobs.

What happens next

Three steps. No call required.

  1. 01

    You send the form

Your website, email and planned ad spend. City and notes help, but they’re optional.

  2. 02

    We write your teardown

Within 1 business day, US time. Delivered by email as a private page you can share.

  3. 03

    You decide

Fix things yourself, reply with questions, or ask about the pilot. If you don’t want to talk, the teardown is still yours.

Why it’s free

It’s the fastest way for you to judge whether we understand PPF, ceramic and tint advertising, and it’s how we find the three shops for our Founding Shop Pilot. If the teardown is useful, the pilot is the next step. If it isn’t, you’ve lost a minute.

FAQ

Teardown questions

Do you need access to my Google Ads account?

No. We start from what any buyer can see. If you’d like us to look inside your account too, you can add read-only access afterwards and we’ll include search terms, wasted spend and tracking.

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no call and no contract. Paid work only starts if you choose the pilot and sign off on the scope in writing.

Who writes it?

Denis Orlovsky, the founder, reviews your shop and is responsible for every finding. We use AI tools to help draft the write-up, and a person checks each screenshot and each fix before it goes out.

What if I don’t run Google Ads yet?

That’s fine. The teardown covers your search results, nearby competitors and your quote form, plus what a first campaign should focus on.

What if another shop in my metro is already in the pilot?

You still get the teardown. We’ll tell you up front if the pilot place in your metro is taken.
