Privacy Policy

Summary

We collect what you type into our forms, plus where your visit came from (for example, an ad or a search).
We use it to reply to you, prepare your teardown or send the file you asked for, and to discuss a possible engagement.
We don’t sell your personal information and don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Google Analytics runs by default for most visitors. If your browser’s time zone is in Europe, it only runs after you allow it. Anyone can turn it off with Privacy choices.

What we collect

Information you give us

Teardown request form: your email, shop website and planned monthly ad spend (required), and optionally your name, city and state, phone number and a note. Resource form (for example, the negative keyword list): your email and, optionally, your shop website. Both forms record your agreement to be contacted and which form you used. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Information collected with the form

To understand which pages and campaigns bring requests, the form also sends: campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term), the page you submitted from, the first page you visited in the session, the website that referred you (domain only, not the full address), and ad click identifiers if present (Google’s gclid or Meta’s fbclid). This information is kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab and is sent only when you submit a form.

Information collected automatically

Our web server logs IP addresses, browser type and requested pages for security and troubleshooting. The form uses a hashed version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Analytics tools collect usage data as described below.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your free teardown, or send the file you requested.
To assess whether our services fit your shop and to discuss a possible engagement.
To understand which pages, searches and campaigns lead to requests, and to improve the site.
To keep the site and forms secure and prevent spam.

Submitting a form doesn’t subscribe you to a newsletter. We don’t sell inquiry details and don’t use them for automated decisions that affect you.

Where form data goes

Our server. The website and a record of each accepted request are stored on our virtual private server in Germany.
Email notification. Each request is relayed to us by email through FormSubmit, which processes the submitted fields to deliver the message. Our business mailbox is hosted by Zoho Mail.
Internal notifications. We receive a short notification about each new request in a private Telegram chat used only by our team, so we can reply within one business day.
AI tools. We use AI tools to help draft reviews and replies; a human is responsible for the engagement. When we use these tools, the content of your request and publicly available information about your shop (for example, your website and search results) may be processed by the AI provider to produce a draft. We also use them to sort incoming messages (for example, to filter spam) and to draft or send routine replies about our services; you can ask to talk to Denis directly at any time, and anything about pricing, contracts or payment is handled by him.
Booking. If you use the optional booking link, you leave this site for TidyCal, and its privacy terms apply to what you enter there.

We don’t share requests with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources and interactions such as starting a form, clicking the booking link or using the budget calculator. For visitors whose browser time zone is outside Europe, Google Analytics loads by default with analytics storage allowed and advertising storage denied. For visitors whose browser time zone is in Europe (a time zone starting with “Europe/”), Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. We don’t enable Google signals or advertising personalization, and advertising cookies stay off.

Events we send never include your name, email address, phone number or the text you type into forms. After a successful form submission, we send a lead event with the request reference number (for example, OD-260926-1A2B3C4D) so we can match analytics to requests we received. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy, which can involve processing outside your country.

Local storage. We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage, and campaign details for the current visit in session storage, as described above.

Your privacy choices

You can turn analytics off at any time. Use the Privacy choices link in the footer of every page, or the button below. Your choice is saved in this browser. If you clear your browser storage or use another device, set it again.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, analytics stays off unless you turn it on yourself.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in California privacy law. We don’t use your information for targeted advertising.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
correct information that’s wrong;
delete your information;
stop using your information for analytics (see Privacy choices above).

Email hello@orlovskydigital.com from the address you used in your request, so we can verify it’s you. We reply within one business day and complete requests within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we’ll ask for proof of their authority. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

How long we keep information

Teardown and resource requests: as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to run the engagement. If we don’t work together, we delete or archive the request within 24 months unless the law requires longer. Copies of the notification in our email and Telegram follow the same schedule.
Rate-limit data: hashed IP addresses are used only to count submissions in the last hour.
Analytics data: kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.
Your analytics choice: stays in your browser until you change it or clear your storage.

International transfers

Orlovsky Digital is based in Armenia. Our server is in Germany, and some of the service providers named above process data in the United States and other countries. When information moves between countries, we rely on the providers’ contractual and security safeguards.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and show the new version date at the top. This version is dated 2026-09-26.
