What a month costs
Know the full monthly commitment.
Management and ad spend are billed separately. Ad spend goes straight from your card to Google, in your own account.
We report the exact amount Google charged, separate from our fee, and give you your Google Ads customer ID whenever you ask. Google requires both of third-party partners (Google Ads transparency requirements).
| Period | Management | Ad spend, minimum | Total at minimum |

Terms in plain English
The fine print, without the fine print.
- 90-day pilot at $1,500/month for the first three US shops. Then month to month.
- You own everything: the Google Ads account, billing, website, tracking and data. Our access is manager access you can remove at any time.
- One shop per metro while we work together. We define the area with you in writing, based on where your customers come from.
- Written inquiry target before launch. Missed by day 60 means month 3 management is free.
- Case study and review only with your approval. Named or anonymized, and you see the text before it goes live.
- No revenue guarantees. Anyone who promises your revenue from ads is guessing.
How the guarantee works
We put our fee on the line. Not your revenue.
- 0Before launchWe agree in writing on a target number of qualified inquiries: real people in your service area asking about a service you sell.
- 60Day 60We count qualified inquiries from calls and forms, with you, against that target.
- 90Month 3Target missed? Month 3 management is free. Ad spend still goes to Google as usual.
We don’t guarantee revenue or bookings. Those depend on your prices, your follow-up and your calendar. The guarantee assumes the agreed ad budget runs without pauses and the tracking we set up stays in place.
FAQ
Pricing questions
Why is the pilot cheaper than the standard rate?
Two reasons. We ask for something in return: permission to publish a case study (named or anonymized, your choice) and a short review, if you’re happy with the work. And the first three shops are taking a chance on a US practice that launched in 2026 and has no US case studies yet. A lower fee and a written guarantee make that a fair trade.
What counts as a qualified inquiry?
A call, form or text from a real person in your service area asking about a service you sell. Calls must pass a minimum length. Spam, vendors, job seekers, wrong numbers and duplicates don’t count. We write the definition and the target down together before launch, and count against it with you at day 60.
Another shop in my metro is already in the pilot. Can I join?
Not while that engagement runs. One shop per metro is part of the deal for every client. We’ll tell you straight away if your area is taken, and you still keep your teardown.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. The management fee is flat. A percentage-of-spend fee rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive.
Can we pause or stop?
The pilot runs 90 days, then it’s month to month. If you need to pause ads during the pilot, for example because the calendar is full, we agree in writing how that affects the inquiry target.
What happens after 90 days?
You move to the standard Google Search rate, confirmed in writing within the $2,000 to $2,500 range, month to month. Or you stop, and keep everything we built in your account: campaigns, negative lists, conversion tracking and history.
